East Tennessee A&M Club’s Annual Christmas Event

2024 Christmas Gift Exchange

This year we will have a Christmas Gift Exchange between Club participants via US mail or other package carrier company.  This allows broader participation in the Christmas Gift Exchange outside of people willing to come to Knoxville.   Sign up for the 2024 Christmas Gift Exchange by filling out the form below.  Each sign up will represent that you will purchase and send one gift to a 2024 Christmas Gift Exchange participant and you will receive one gift purchased and sent from a 2024 Christmas Gift Exchange participant.  We need an even amount of participants and the Club President will address any odd number of participants.  In general, keep the gifts under $25.  New Texas Aggie and associated gifts are strongly encouraged.

People who have signed up for the 2024 Christmas Gift Exchange will be notified by December 1st of the person to send their gift to.  Please send gifts on or by December 22nd.

Also, you are encouraged to send a letter or other information about yourself or your family and your connection to the Texas Aggie family (attended, graduated, family attended or graduated, friend of Texas A&M, etc.).  The Club President, Victor Hazlewood, is a second generation Aggie and will post his letter below on this page as an example. We can remind people at 2025 Muster about their 2024 Christmas Gift Exchange partner to continue the connection.

Please sign up by November 30.

All information on this form will stay with the Club and will never by sold or given to a third party.

2023 Knoxville Christmas Party and Gift Exchange
The Club had a Christmas Party on Saturday, December 16th at the Cumberland House Hotel near the UTK campus. The Tennessee Aggie Mom’s Club co-hosted!  We had a short program and there were four current Aggies from Knoxville in attendance.  We had a great time and did a gift exchange.

The Club had a Christmas Party and gift exchange on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at the Cumberland Hotel near UTK campus.  A great time was had by all with a short program, hotel catered BBQ buffet dinner, and a gift exchange.  We got great feedback that the venue was really nice and the food was great.  Here is a couple of pics at the party.

2021 – Famous Dave’s BBQ
Famous Dave’s BBQ was the host for the 2021 Christmas Party & Gift Exchange. They were gracious hosts, and fun was had by all.
